DBT for your schedule
Do you struggle with your relationships and/or your emotions? If you do, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy is perfect for you! DBT is a popular program that teaches coping and communication skills. It is a class with four modules: Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation, and Distress Tolerance. The class uses a workbook and includes homework. I offer one-on-one classes via video chat or in the office. These classes enable you to go at your own pace and receive individualized attention. They can be done in conjunction with regular individual therapy and can also be done as a family.
